Hello and welcome back,
It’s been a nice, steady week here at Netil Radio - full of amazing sets, conversations, studio comebacks, some back2backs and two very new and shiny show premieres.
Refreshing after the past few weeks. The sun has come out, creating ice patterns outside the studio, and with Mia & Hugo’s postcard from snowy Poland that, sunny crispy - winter feeling is back.
It might be getting a little chilly in London - yet in some parts of the world it’s very hot - even right here on our very own island - down at No10, the UKs tradition to party like there is no tomorrow is persistently lurking - in delayed waves via an ex-advisor's blog. And - to balance the privilege, all the venues will now have to become terrorist proofed, because we all know that only real terrorist thread to the vision of current government comes from cultural institutions.
The picture is starting to be very clear and it’s nice to see populist politics falling apart, but I strongly suggest that we don't get rid of the PM just yet as we should see the darkness of his leadership through to its core, at the end of this election period. And if we are patient enough, the next election is going to change things for the better. Populists in Europe are losing control, proving lack of skill to fulfil all the magical promises and it seems like the public across the continent is tired of the never ending chaos. With focus on their main villain power - corruption and lies…. we can find those politicians who understand their duty.
In the meantime here in Netil Radio, we will continue to be a space for open minds working on their vision, helping the community to be stronger.
Thank you for listening and stay connected
